the copper-bit in one step. Production of ZinnFix–leadfree takes place without using hazardous material. At application no fume and no molestation by odour arise.

A short press of the copper-bit on the new amasan ZinnFix-leadfree is enough. ZinnFix-leadfree melts at the contact point, dissolves the oxides and tins the copper-bit at the same time. The annoying back and forth rubbing for cleaning the copper-bit as well as coating it with tin is avoided. After cooling the ZinnFix-leadfree gets solid again.

ZinnFix-leadfree is featured by easy handling and intensive effect at simultaneous cleaning and tinning of the copper-bit. The fume- and odourless composition without use of chemical hazardous material and without addition of lead avoids harm to health and is a contribution to environmental protection.

It is recommended to mechanically remove possible remainders of the cleaning material used so far before using ZinnFix-leadfree. For this purpose a sponge or cleaning fleece is suitable.
